Certificate in Early Childhood Studies:
The raising of children is difficult when we don't understand the science of life, there is a right timing for teaching children certain concepts. This is a science that we need to know. All aspect from childhood undeveloped or distorted in anyway leads to a troubled adulthood. We get opportunities to revisit those values undeveloped, that's why we keep repeating the same old patterns that undermine our happiness. There is a system and timing for everything, this study gives us a clear direction for developing a strong foundation for our lives.
As an Adult Inner Child Work:
From Wikipedia
In popular psychology and analytical psychology, inner child is our childlike aspect. It includes all that we learned and experienced as children, before puberty. The inner child denotes a semi-independent entity subordinate to the waking conscious mind.
The inner child is the best known lower third of a comprehensive model of the human psyche called the Three Selves.
The term has manifold therapeutic applications in counseling and holistic health settings primarily. John Bradshaw, a U.S. educator, pop psychology and self-help movement leader, famously used "inner child" to point to unresolved childhood experiences and the lingering dysfunctional effects of childhood dysfunction. In this way "inner child" refers to all of the sum of mental-emotional memories stored in the sub-conscious from conception thru pre-puberty.
The Twelve-step program recovery movement considers healing the inner child to be one of the essential stages in recovery from addiction, abuse, trauma, or post-traumatic stress disorder. In the 1970s, the inner child concept emerged alongside the clinical concept of codependency. These topics remain very active today as any Google search can prove.
The inner child is often characterized as a sub-personality. Virtually every talk therapy approach acknowledges and ascribes some meaning to the inner child, even if they use a different label. Some therapies have expanded the concept considerably in recognizing that there isn't just one inner child sub-personality, but many. The wounded inner child sub-personalities are in some cases called "exiles" because they tend to be excluded from waking thought in order to avoid-defend against the pain and trauma carried in those memories. There is a safe and sophisticated method for gaining safe access to a person's exiles, witnessing the stories of their origins in childhood, and healing them.

Part One: The Seven Year Cycles of Life.
Teaching inspired by Dr F. Coll.
Every seven years we develop a new aspect of our lives, knowing where to focus your energy or how to help another focus theirs, makes life so much easier. We don’t struggle, trying to work with energy that isn’t flowing during that period. Life is easy when we have some idea of what the process is.
Every 7 years a level of consciousness is made available to us. Each cycle offers us a number of opportunities and within those 7 years there are seven additional levels! If we miss a step in our development, we may not mature as we could, and the opportunity remains underdeveloped.
But, by understanding the strengths and weakness' that the process offers us enables us to gain the wisdom from the experience and to surrender to it. The opportunity may not be lost after all!
By understanding the cycles our children are passing through enables us to focus on the options that present the most opportune ways to guide them. Knowing those steps can help us to develop in a full
conscious way, understanding and living each moment to the best of our potential.
Its not a time machine, but it can enable us to view the past with clear goggles on and it can be understood!
And it certainly makes the future much easier to prepare for!

The Psychological Development in the first 12 years of life (From Early Childhood to Adult)
In the first 12 years of our life we learn the fundamentals of behaviour, the basics of interaction, the common, or garden variety, of guidelines to live in the world. And if we are lucky, they will lead to self mastery.
We may have heard others say, or even said it ourselves when we see someone acting ‘childishly’ we say that ……..‘Brian’ is going through their ‘second childhood’...Its quite true, there are so many challenges to overcome and to master while growing up, its no wonder that we may need to return to some to re-do them!
If we understand the process of development that the child is experiencing then we can help their development in a constructive way, as was intended by nature. As an adult, if we are missing any of those fundamental beginnings in our life we may feel as if something is missing from our lives.
At some point we crave to return to that child state within, hoping to redevelop the quality that was stunted in any given year. We return with the hope & the desire to develop that which remains un-mastered. In any given instance we return to one of the first 12 years.
By understanding the 12 year process we can consciously master what we may be lacking in ourselves and we can then consciously guide our children so their lives may be built on rock and not sand.
